Bringing Leaders Together

The FFTA 2026 Leadership Summit is intentionally designed for senior/executive level leaders and boards from nonprofit organizations of varying sizes and missions navigating increasing complexity, accountability, and change, including but not limited to:

  • Chief Executive Officers and Executive Directors

  • Senior Leadership Team Members

  • Board Chairs, Officers, and Board Members

  • Emerging nonprofit sector leaders

To encourage stronger board-management partnerships, FFTA is offering a discounted rate of $299 for Board Chairs, Officers, and Board Members attending in partnership with agency leadership.

This year’s event is built on three core pillars:

  • Adaptive leadership focuses on the ability of leaders to respond to shifting circumstances, address complex challenges, and guide their organizations through uncertainty. It emphasizes flexibility, continuous learning, and empowering teams to innovate and problem-solve collaboratively.

  • Resilience & Sustainability refers to building organizational strength and long-term viability in the face of disruption and change. This pillar includes strategies for financial stability, workforce well-being, risk management, and adaptability, ensuring nonprofits can withstand challenges and thrive over time.

  • Impact & Systems Influence centers on creating measurable outcomes and driving meaningful change within communities and across sectors. Leaders learn to leverage data, partnerships, and advocacy to amplify their organization’s influence and address root causes, ultimately shaping broader systems for lasting improvement
