FFTA Career Center
Connecting people and opportunities to support communities across the country.
A Growing National Hiring Platform
The FFTA Career Center is more than a job board - it is a national platform designed to strengthen the human services workforce by connecting organizations with strong candidates and helping people discover meaningful, purpose-driven careers in this field. Since launching in December, the FFTA Career Center has quickly gained national traction. FFTA members have already posted more than 130 job openings across 21 states—ranging from foster parent recruiters and clinicians to regional directors, marketing interns, and Chief Strategy & Quality Officers. Collectively, these job postings have generated over 654,543 views and nearly 104,388 job-seeker clicks. Several postings have received 2800+ views, demonstrating strong interest from professionals seeking purpose-driven careers.
A High-Visibility Recruitment Platform for all Human Services Roles
Organizations may post openings for the full spectrum of human services positions, including direct work with children and families, supervisory roles, research, training, administration, and executive leadership.

Post A Job Opportunity
Through intentional outreach to professional networks, HBCU alumni and affiliate networks, and mission-aligned audiences, this platform expands access to candidates who bring both professional expertise and meaningful connection to the populations they support.
