A Growing National Hiring Platform

The FFTA Career Center is more than a job board - it is a national platform designed to strengthen the human services workforce by connecting organizations with strong candidates and helping people discover meaningful, purpose-driven careers in this field. Since launching in December, the FFTA Career Center has quickly gained national traction. FFTA members have already posted more than 130 job openings across 21 states—ranging from foster parent recruiters and clinicians to regional directors, marketing interns, and Chief Strategy & Quality Officers. Collectively, these job postings have generated over 654,543 views and nearly 104,388 job-seeker clicks. Several postings have received 2800+ views, demonstrating strong interest from professionals seeking purpose-driven careers.

Member Organizations may post unlimited job positions at no cost, including roles for direct service providers, administrators, researchers, trainers, clinicians, supervisors, and executive leadership positions.

Non-Members
