February Webinar

Getting the Right People on the Bus

Assembling a team is more than hiring talented people, it’s about hiring the right people; people with complementary skills, skills you can’t learn from an applicant’s résumé. This presentation offers various tools to assist leaders in identifying “skillset holes” in their teams and how to use that information in the hiring process.

Target Audience: Intermediate Supervisory Staff

FFTA members will receive an invitation to register for this webinar.

Learning Objectives:
1. Participants will learn the difference between skillset hiring and résumé hiring.
2. Participants will learn of various tools used by the presenter and participants.
3. Participants will learn the concept of unique abilities and using it in recruiting.
