State

Most states place their RFPs on the internet. However, states can take different approaches. Some have a centralized “purchasing” department, so that all RFPs are on that department’s website. Other states have each department place its RFPs on their respective websites. A quick bit of homework will clarify the situation.

Resources

There are a myriad of resources for data, publications, policies, and position papers. Many of the large foundations, e.g. Annie Casey, Kellogg have huge amount of material that is free and can be downloaded. The same is true for the federal agencies. Some useful sites are:
